I scheduled a rapid antigen covid-19 test for a cruise I was talking. I paid $138 for myself and husband for the test. In order to schedule the appointment I had to pay upfront. I did this online. I shortly thereafter the same day was that I couldn't take that test it had to be a PCR test. I cancelled my test for the antigen and rescheduled it for the **** Again paying upfront this time for $258. I called on the phone about a refund of the first test. I was told it would be processed on Monday (this was a Tuesday) and that it would then take ***** for my payment to be refunded back to my credit card. This all took place on June 7, 2022. Still no refund and when I called the same phone number I couldn't get to a person to talk to. So I emailed actually from the same email they had sent both of my payment confirmations. Finally someone told me to copy and paste a request form they sent an fill it out .I did this twice. Now I get no response at all. I did get my test I paid $258 for but I want the $138 refunded for the test I cancelled well in advance. I had my appointment for June 23, I canceled on June 7. If you can get them to refund my money that would be great but I will never use this testing business again. Thank you. *********************Initial Complaint

We were scheduled for 2 tests on June 15 and the person never showed up. We are trying to get our money back and they refuse to work with us to apply the money back. They say they will get in touch and have not for 2 months. This is unacceptable practices and is in the **************** location. They won't answer the phone or speak on a live chat. Signed up for online covid test for myself and my girlfriend at Onpoint Testing for our return trip back to ****** from **************. The day before our test ****** dropped the covid testing requirement to enter the country so I canceled my appointment and asked Onpoint for a refund. Have tried contacting the company via email and phone number to no avail. Company will not answer or respond let alone issue me a refund of $37.98 for my order number ******.Initial Complaint

I cancelled an appointment by phone (followed by an email) on June 21st but have still not received reimbursement (which was supposed to take a few business days). Order number was ******. I tried to contact the company multiple times throughout the day on July 30th, including via their chat support system: each time I was disconnected once I got closer to my turn and after waiting in line for at least one hour. Each time they requested to input contact info so that they could follow asap since they were experiencing high call volume. Ordered online medically televised covid tests for an upcoming cruise for 2 people. Cruise was cancelled by cruise line. I informed OnPoint right away requesting a refund. Appointments were for almost two months out. No service had been provided, no service will be provided. Service was already paid for because they make you prepay. Appointments are cancelled. AGAIN NO SERVICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED. They refused a refund. My order confirmation doesnt state it is non-refundable. They are committing theft by refusing a refund for a service that has not and will not be provided. I company should not be able to withhold payment based on the idea that I might want to use it in the future. No goods or services have exchanged hands. On 6/06/22, I ordered Certified Virtual Teleservice COVID testing for my family of 6 (order # ******) from OnPoint Testing. My credit card was billed for $89.94. I proceeded to register my family members and set up the virtual appointments via Zoom for 6/11/22. These appointments were time sensitive as our negative test were required before a scheduled cruise vacation. I received email confirmations of our appointments.On 6/11/22, we followed the provided link to attend our Zoom appointments. We waited 90 minutes for our host to arrive. There was no response. I tried multiple times to contact the company for help via phone and email. To this date, I have not received any answer. We ended up going to another company (********************) as we were very frustrated, and they were able to meet our testing requirements.I am requesting a prompt refund of the $89.94 charge because the company did not provide the service that I paid for.Initial Complaint

On June 3, 2022 I booked four Rapid Antigen COVID tests with OnPoint COVID-19 Testing (order number ******) costing $276. These tests were scheduled for the morning of June 28, 2022. However, I quickly realized I made a mistake in the booking and emailed them on June 3, 2022 (within 10 minutes of making the appointment) and asked to cancel and receive a full refund. I received an automatic response asking me to fill out a form requesting a refund. I filled out this form and received another automated email saying "Refund request has been submitted to our accounting team for review. Kindly give them 10 - 20 business days to prepare your refund. Wait for there call, text or email. Thank you.". I waited until June 28 but did not receive my refund. As such, I emailed them on June 28 asking where it was, and they asked me to fill out the same form again, which I did, and then I received the same response to wait ***** business days, which I did. I still did not receive a refund, so I emailed again asking for it on July 12, 2022. All I received back was a response saying "Already, followed up with accounting". It is now July ******************************************** any further communication from them.
