    I bought 2 airline tickets, via booking.com and I found out that Farescan charged me for the same trip, how they get my information ? I don't know, I called the airline, they told me your reservation done thru booking.com not Farescan, I gave them the information farescan sent to me, they told me, it is fake. they are using 2 names, farescan and *********** BE CARFUL

    They are thugs and cheaters. We bought flight tickets from their website. They charged our card twice and after noticing this I had to call them and wait for 10 days to get refund. Also they charged us more than the invoice. I called them several times in past month to get refund however I was put on hold for several hours and never refunded the overcharge which they promised me a month back. I am in a contact with my attorney and we will be filling fraud charges against this company. Do not do any business with them.

    We had a flight that was cancelled and they directed the airlines to refund the money to them instead of to us. They are now not sending us the refunded money.

    They messed up my reservation, I was stuck at the airport with no flight and after 3 weeks I still haven't received a refund..I'm letting all my online friends and family know not to do business with this scam company..their customer service is also terrible

    This is a fraudulent business. They publish a low price initially to entice customers and then tell them the fare has increased and try to fleece money from unsuspecting customers. I bought an air ticket from ******* to ***** at their published fare of **** dollars. I got a confirmation that the ticket has been booked, but there was no e-ticket or itinerary sent for another 18 hours. So i called them and they said the ticket is cancelled as the airline has increased the fare while the booking was in process and that the fare difference is 500 dollars and that there is only one seat left and I need to buy it immediately. When I told them this is ridiculous and sounds like a fraud they offered me a discount of 75 dollars. I hung up the phone, did a new search to buy the ticket again and was able to get it for USD ****. I told them they are dishonest and are scamming the customers and have asked them to refund me the additional amount i had to pay because of their dishonesty. WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS LOOKING TO BUY AIR TICKETS - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT LEGIT AND WILL SCAM YOU TO PAY WAY MORE THAN THE MARKET PRICE.

    THE WORST!!! Dont use this business. Flights booked 4/2020 cancelled by the airline because of covid. Farescam STILL has not refunded me the nearly $900 I spent on 2 tix. BEWARE!!!!

    They dont even earn a star for their service. This business is a TOTAL SCAM. I booked 2 airline tickets through Kayak and it lead me to Farescan because their price listed was the cheapest. Then, I get a call the next day saying that the airlines taxes increased during booking and need to pay an additional $250 to issue our tickets. Of course, I did not agree to that and then they demanded that they will charge $600 for cancellation. First of all, I was not aware that there will be hidden fees and they have already charged me the cancellation fee. This business is ridiculous and now I had to block my card and dispute the charges against them. Dont waste your time booking with them. They dont deserve to be in business!!! Overall BAD BUSINESS!!

    Save your money and save your time, after purchasing a ticket from farescan and pay for it , a week later they called me and they said this fare is no longer available and I have to pay extra $400, and, or they have to cancel the ticket which its getting closer to my travel time and the ticket now its doubled in prices,. these people they are scam artist and Better Business Bureau they should put them out of business for good .

    They gave me a trip confirmation code that spirit had no records of at all. No communication via email, rude reps on the phone. ended up with no tickets. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY
