      I have been sending emails after emails for over a week but trader Joe's company has been ducking me here's what I sent them Hi there I came into traders ***** at #**** in ************* today and while ringing up my order the cashier proceeded to drop some of my items on the floor breaking some of my shredded hash browns (her name is ******* she also packed my groceries heavy tearing my ***** paper bags but continued bagging so it was hard for me to get my groceries in my car and up upstairs to my house sadly I was trying to check out for over an hour and 45 minutes I have a disability and it was pretty painful to be trying to check out that long my entire order during checkout I had some issues I thought everything was good but your cranberry and lemon cough drops didn't process with EBT card then the organic jalapeno limeade 32oz wasn't taking on ebt so I had to do 3 different orders because I had to ring up 1 item to show the cashier my balance because I had a set amount on my EBT and when she totaled everything it came out to $75 dollars and change and I only had $73.42 on my card so then I had to ring up one item to show how much I had on my card then I got ring up for the cough drops all 8 bags and 4 jalapeno limeade and the manger had to ring the juice up as grocery non taxable and then the rest of the items on a separate order I couldn't believe that happened to me I feel if the cashier dropped more then an item she could have switched it out and not try to be funny I don't eat off the floor I also brought trader joes 4 shredded hash browns that is $1.99 each but all 4 ring up **** also I was trying to find the expiration date on this product and couldn't this is what is see 001 154 22 31 18:29
