    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered a yearbook overnight so it would be in time for the last day of school, paid $40 for overnight, didn't come the next day. I contacted customer service four different times that day, before their 6pm cutoff, and emailed 2 times, and still on the third day have never heard from them, yearbook (was my kids last day at that school) still not shipped two days later their "overnight" promise, and they refuse to provide a *** tracking number. **** customer service failure.

    Please a valid this business. I am a yearbook adviser and they have destroyed my yearbook program. Their online design software is HORRIBLE! They printed pages that were not what I proofed and submitted. The cover quality was also very low! The covers fell off of 50% of my books. This company is not what I would ever use for any book over 48 pages.

    I have ordered 3 times. Little one did not recieve at school. Paid again, still did not arrive. I was told it would be sent out same day. But when it didnt come through, I called they told me I would have to order and pay again. Terrible service. I should not have to pay multiple times for one product. What is the gurantee for it arriving this time.
