    I filled out the form on this site: ****************************************** which clearly states the following: The best Spanish immersion and translation package deal.Available only on ********************* Rosetta ***** logo Rosetta ***** 55% Off Spanish and 22 more languages for life.$399.99 $179.00 ********************* Logo ********************* Premium annual subscription $59.99 free*Only 14 left You are saving $280.98 Total: $179.00 I have never received the free ********************* subscription for 1 year, I have never been able to access it. This was purchased back on 4/5/24 and I did receive an email from ************************* stating my license has been successfully registered but never received anything from Spanish Dictionary and recently reached out to them about the subscription. I have been able to access Rosetta ***** but not the 1 year for Spanishdictionary and this business has not been helpful resolving my issue and I feel like this has been false advertising by one or the other of these websites. Since this has not proven to be the deal I thought I was getting, I am requesting a refund and cancelation from Rosetta ***** and or *********************. Neither of them seems to be taking responsibility for this website advertisement.
