      A couple of years ago, I purchased several standard tile devices (with replaceable batteries) plus one "slim" (card), to be used with my Kindle. Everything seemed to be working just fine, but now my card device needs to be replaced (battery can't be replaced). Ran into a problem, since I need to change my registered email address, delete the old card, and register the new one. I have contacted tech support multiple times, and they send the same how to connect your device handout, which does not answer the question.So at this point, I'm just going to chalk it up to experience, and throw everything in the garbage, while purchasing from another company,.These people should not be in business!

      Just received a TileMATE that was previously activated in ********** in 2018! Apparently Tile ships supposedly new/used items to their customers. Problem is they can only be activated one time! Beware of these shysters!
