    This company is not an honest company by any stretch. I placed an order for a model ship from an online game back in October 23. They promised to deliver it in a matter of weeks. As of February ****, nothing. There is no working phone number to call, and when I send an email, I get an auto-generated email acknowledging they received my message, promising to get back to me within 24 hours. I have sent 4 messages, with none of them being responded to. The last one demanded a refund or that the remedy the situation. I hope something is done soon, but I would not recommend anyone do business with such a disingenuous company, with a shady lack of customer service.
