    I deposit 1250 in a game that I didnt now that I would play against bots to steal my money, so I deposit all that money and the bots always win, and if you play that game you will see that is impossible to score that much. That game only steal people money

    I am rejecting this response because:

    i played with three players two times, different amount of cash and different time of the day. Thats prove how you  use bots for players to steal money. the chance of play against one same player its already hard, but play with three in different time its the prove that the company its not serious and use bots

    The dates of these transactions go back to October 2024. This is an app based claimed to be skilled based game to win money. The game is fraudulent, as it is obvious the other players are bots (have male names and female photos or vice versa), scores are within 1 or 2 points and support refuses to explain the scoring system, and despite winning the majority of games, money is always lost. I have attempted resolution with the business directly and they stop responding. They also denied a request for a withdrawal citing I owe them another $250 to withdrawal the winnings.

    Pocket7games has been playing for me a fool for many years on their games. Apparently he games. Rigged and there is civil suit again this. Ive lost a lot of money to them. I want a refund.

    This was an app that I played. I had money left on the game when I wanted to play. I got on one day and they look ALL my money out. The app said it was a maintenance fee. At no point in time did they ask me if I was willing to pay a maintenance fee. I contacted them several times to just put the money back in my account and no one has even responded to me. My last message to them, I told them if they did not return my money. I was going to contact you all and I still didnt get a response. I would really appreciate my money back to let other people know that they just randomly take money out of your account. They make enough money considering its a gambling app. I appreciate your time.     Im requesting my money back from this company . We downloaded the game on my old phone thats now used as a house phone for the kids and I to use. Not only was my kid able to access and pay for multiple packages with my debit card saved in my phone. Also unknowingly to us this game is fake . And its not real people like they said but ai bots scamming us . I would like my money back I did reach out they said theres nothing they can do it because I agreed to it and I did not ! Why would I agree to have my kids spend as they want and loose all my money to bots? Im truly upset and looking for help .

    This company has a bingo game that pays you money if you win but as your playing and it is time to deposit your winnings on your account it shows a deposit then it gets misleading after that and makes you think the money is your winnings being deposited on your account when it's not it is actually from the games own screen taking your money off your account and putting it on your game account they give you a few dollars and from same type screen all the sudden the money is coming off your account and in a hurry they got me for about 300 dollars in seconds and will not give it back when I requested a full refund due to misleading info on the app I asked for all of it and to talk to supervisor and they hung up on me
