      I am reaching out to you to complain about this company.This is a company that was helping me set-up VOIP services.They brought ******* to me. Person in contact was *** from Bridgepointe.I signed a contract with them (*******) in July with the understanding that I will be billed once the services will start. At that time I did not know when the services will start as the internet service was still not available at the location and the place was still not ready to move in.This was clearly communicated to them. I was told to go ahead and sign the contract and they will provide me with **** skips once the services start. It was not made clear that the bill skips will start after a month of signing the contract and not actually when I start services. Which happened to be in last week of Dec'24.Both Nextiva and Bridgepointe services, through whom I was going, were *********** October I started to see bills coming for services that were still not started. I spoke with Bridgepointe services and they told me they will give bill skips. They did not explain to me what it means. In November and December I again got charged for similar amount of $186.00 I have been going back and forth with both these companies for last 3 months now and they are refusing to credit me the monies that were charged while I did not have any service.******* has threatened me with turning off my services if I do not reverse my dispute that I filed with my credit card company. I have an email that I can share. Bridgepointe services has refused to help. ***, the person, who broker this doesn't respond to emails. This is a company out of **********. I clearly feel that both these companies use misleading business practices to take advantage of clients like me.
