    Outstanding, trustworthy, on time - makes tiled rooms look brand new. Re-grouted tile that had bad re-grouting done 30 years prior. Very uneven grout lines, some chunks of grout missing, grout stained/discolored. When Pro Grout was done it was as if Id remodeled the room - but at much less cost.

    "Highly Professional, Timely Communication and Follow-up, Reliable/Stands Behind Their Work, Excellent Quality of Execution" reflects how I would describe my experience with ProGrout. They seamlessly repaired grout in 3 preexisting 30 year bathrooms in need of refreshing and amended a roof/skylight combination that consistently gave ** trouble until ProGrout assessed and resolved the problem. In addition, given the torrential series of rain storms in ********** this year (where I'm sure everyone had issues), they returned and without hassle, fixed the problem quickly! In all situations, they demonstrated consistently strong professional ethics, excellent communication and, most importantly, delivered!!! I strongly recommend ProGrout as we now consider them a trusted advisor for any future household repair needs.
