Ecovacs Online Storecustomers (You) are allowed a 45-Day-Refund or Exchange-Period. Allrequirements under this Refund/Exchange Policy must be followed in order to begranted a full refund.
REQUIREMENTS:You will receive a full refund if You provide Us with the following:
Original receipt
Return Material AuthorizationNumber* (RMA Number)
Original packaging
All accessories originallyincluded with the Product
Full Refund mayinclude full cash refund, exchange of products, or store credits. All refundswill only be issued via the original form of payment. Original shipping costswill be deducted from any refund amount except in the case of DefectiveProduct.

Products are NOT refundable if You return to Us without the RMA.Ensure You clearly mark package and shipping label with RMA beforeshipping.DISCLAIMER:Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered that are notsuitable for resale will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Merchandiseshowing malicious physical damage caused by customers are not covered underthis policy.
We reserve the rightto not accept returns for credit after 45 days of the original ship date.
When the RefundProduct was purchased together with other Products that resulted in a bundlediscount, the bundle discount will be immediately void upon refund. Thediscount amount of other Products will be revoked and deducted from the refundamount You ultimately receive. This policy applies to any kind of bundlediscounts including but not limited to gift cards, free gifts, quantitypurchase etc.
If you receive damagedor defective Product, We will replace it with the same or similar Product. IfYou would like to exchange it for other products, please contact us first.
