      tl;dr - quality yet inexpensive way to rejuvenate furniture We've had this sofa for over twenty years - it's well built (so we didn't want to purchase a new one) but the cushions were soft and have gotten mushy over the years. Mom likes to take naps on it and the non-supportive cushions helped her sciatica to flare up. A quick ****** search and I found Foam Order. The prices are very reasonable and I thoroughly enjoyed the walk-through process to order. A bit anxious about trusting my measuring (being a cushion), so ordered just one (three cushion sofa)I liked the different foam options. Went with EverFlex Very Firm (V54) with the Daycron wrap as these were going into existing sofa covers. Arrived in less than two weeks, fit perfectly, and were a noticeable improvement (in the picture, the left cushion is from Foam Order, the right cushion is the original). Ordered two more cushions and they fit perfectly while providing the firm support that has been missing. Mom approved is the highest recommendation that I can give

      5 Stars Wow!My order came a bit earlier than expected. My seat cushions on my sofa were just a mess. I like my ************ want to replace it. My daughter suggested I replace the foam in *********** me this sight. I measured them & chose what I wanted! Perfect ********* my sofa **************!       Do not buy from FoamOrder, they make it very difficult to change or cancel an order. I ordered a bed for my van - when I originally placed the order I changed my mind and increased the thickness of the foam about 10 minutes after the initial purchase. I heard nothing for a few days, no acknowledgment of the change, so I attempted to cancel the order twice, neither time getting through to a human. I followed the instructions on the confirmation email as to how to contact them. They let me cancel, but not without $100 restocking fee. They also said I had to agree to pay the $100 before moving forward - they shortcut that requirement and sent me a short email saying it was done, $100 gone.

      Most helpful and knowledgeable **************** folks in the industry We did research by reaching out to a number of companies that do custom Cushions. We wanted to make sure the foam we picked was the right kind for Outdoor use. The ones that will drain water and will also be firm. We got the guidance we were looking for and every one from Order placement to finally picking up the cushions from the Richmond warehouse were extremely helpful.The order was completed in the timeframe they expected to have it all ready and we are extremely please with our new cushions. Since then we have ordered three more foam (only) for existing covers.

      We returned the foam they sent us the wrong sizes, it has been returned and they indicated that they have the return. Yet we have never heard from them again, this was 2 months ago.

      This customer placed an order online for custom cut foam. The customer realized when they received the foam that they had ordered the wrong size. Per our return policy, we offered to take the foam back minus a 25% re-stocking fee and to offer a credit for the balance that could be used to place the correct order. The return policy was shown to the customer and agreed to via a check box at checkout. The customer was not happy with this solution, and demanded a full refund. We would not comply with their demand per our previously stated policy. We feel the customer refused to accept responsibility for their error. We have issued a credit memo # **** = store credit for $1,202.58, and have notified the customer of this. Their complaint above does not reflect that they placed the order with the incorrect dimensions, and that they were notified of a credit for the return. Here are our call notes from interactions with this customer that shows that they admitted that they mistakenly ordered the wrong size foam, and that they were notified of the store credit. They neglected to mention these facts in their complaint. [5/27/22, 1:16pm] - ****************:Customer called in upset that they ordered the wrong depth. When I explained that they could return the foam with our policy they insisted that our webs site didn't show them the diagram of the finished foam, and that we are at fault because of it. He will be calling back Tuesday to talk to MC.[6/1/22, 10:41am] - MC:explained the policy to the customer and advised of return policy. he is not happy with that and wishes to escalate it. will discuss with MH -customer asking for half refund and store credit less restocking fee. so he can order the right size.[6/6/22, 12:54pm] - sh:Customer called and wants to speak to MH. *****: ************, email: ******************** Emailing MH and MC.[6/6/22, 1:14pm] - MC:Spoke to ***** and provided him local upholsterer in his area which he was offended by. He has not opened the box as he is aware of the mistake his wife made regarding the thickness. He doesn't feel that our policies work for him. He does not want store credit.[6/8/22, 11:53am] - sh:Peter's phone: ************ [6/8/22, 12:26pm] - MC:i called and left ***** a message advising that no decision will change and MH is out of the office. but he demands a call from him..i'll let MH know [6/8/22, 2:00pm] - MC:Customer returning items for store credit less restocking fee. RMA207819 [6/27/22, 11:39am] - Rica:Received 2 packages. Emailed customer if they are returning all 3.[6/27/22, 12:52pm] - RDM:the 2 packages are put back to stock. Waiting for MC's email so we can process store credit [6/28/22, 11:09am] - RDM:all 3 foams received. will have KM process refund [6/29/22, 6:36pm] - km:credit memo # **** = store credit for $1,202.58 [6/30/22, 9:39am] - RDM:We had processed your store credit in the amount of $1,202.58 Please note this when placing the new order:STORE CREDIT $1,202.58. Credit Memo #****.
