    Vasquez towing illegally towed my vehicle from a low income parking lot without a prior call or authorization. We call within 10 mins of the vehicle being taken but were told they dont release vehicles over the weekend and would need to wait until Monday morning to have our car released. They also refused to accept credit or debit cards for payments, cash onlyThey also refused to provide an itemized invoice with all the required information. After searching through online reviews it appears they have been doing business like this for at least the past 8 years.

    Car illegally towed from ************************ (Low-Income Housing) without authorization, and under predatory towing practices.

    Unlawful towing practices. Business uses predatory towing practices to impound cars from low-income housing complex. Did not lawfully adhere to CA towing codes, did not receive prior authorization from property manager to have specific car towed, no notice given. Also, put untrue information on invoice in regards to location of impound. Also scratched car while tow in transit.
