    Ref case ID ******* a replacement bulb was approved for warranty replacement. As of 3/21/2023 it has not shipped. Everytime I call I keep getting the same story - that I should get a tracking number in a few days and that my case will be escaled.

    Purchase of $41.95 placed 01/30/2023. Purchase was for Geeni Prisma Plus E12 BLL Candle WI-FI Smart Bulbs (4-pack). Order Number is G114522.USPS Tracking number created 01/31/2023: **********************. Status: Pre-shipment. No change since 01/31.I emailed customer service on 02/25/2023 asking where my order was. I received a response 02/27 asking if they'd resolved my concern, but no call or email had been received with a solution. I apprised them of this on 02/28.I called customer service 03/02/2023. They took >45 minutes of me being on hold to answer the call, only to tell me they were going to escalate to Sales. I was told to expect a call back within a day or two. I never got a call back, and subsequently emailed them asking for updates 3/8, 3/10, and 3/16. No response has been received.I called today (3/20) and was told the same thing ("We'll escalate to Sales and let you know first thing") and yet I've been on hold for > 1 hr waiting for a manager to confirm what they're actually doing. I'm asking for money back and product delivered; otherwise their actions constitute theft.

    1/15/23 made purchases I cancelled order before they even sent out but received order after I found it where mail lady left and returned to original owner. They received 2/2/23 and now refusing refund me my money. ***** I want my refund they received there stuff back. This company has many different emails and address so I added as much as possible ***************** this number a lady answer stated they lost in warehouse like that not my fault. You half wait the 15 plus minutes because no one calls back and no replys to emails for days but I do have them all saved.
