    Hello , I made two purchases from 555ink.com , 555stickers on Instagram. (A) is for the first purchase of 200 stickers. (B) is for the purchase of 30 t-shirts I customized in multiple sizes. 1. A: June 5th 2023 B: June 8th 2022 2. Amount spent A; $69.00 B: $345.48 3. 555ink.com was supposed to send 200 stickers , split designs and 30 customized shirts. The shirts are on the website promoted to be finished and shipped in 3 weeks. I reached out at 4 weeks and was in somewhat of a conversation for another month to no resolve , the company never sent a tracking or showed any concern that my order was late / missing. 4. Id like a refund for my stickers $69.00, or my product to be sent to me. I have already disputed the $345.48 with my bank and had it resolved. I couldnt do it for the stickers because i purchased separately. 5. This business customer service was non existent, they ignored my questions and concerns more then help me in anyway. By august i still never got my items and was nervous to write this form.6. A. #**** B. #**** I have never received tracking after asking multiple times and being told they would ship the following Monday after being 2 months late. They ignored me and never send tracking for either order.( i attached all the text messages {not emails} because on the website they had a phone number, now the website is not available)

    I ordered $1858 worth of hoodies and T-shirts from 555ink and have not recieved them - they keep telling me they will ship but have not - it is long past their lead time and they refuse to give me a refund.

    I ordered a product from 555ink in February and every time I reach out to them to inquire about it, they ignore me or tell me it will be there next month but that month passes they tell me a real be there at the next month. They have yet to return my emails text or calls they are scamming people out of their money.

    I purchased stickers and buttons back in Dec 2022 for an event I had planned that month. Two weeks based and I didnt receive any update on my order. I reached out then he responded that he could only make stickers not buttons. He had to find if someone can make buttons for him. He shipped my stickers only. reached out multiple times asking for an update on buttons. Never received a response or a refund of $66. I message them in email and Instagram and I am ignored. Its been 7 months and still no response!! I want my refund! Order #****

    I made an order with this company I paid 380$ for 50 custom shirts. On 4/20/23. On the invoice it says order will be ready 2-4 week turnaround. I contacted them ************** they hang up on me or ignore my call. I text them they say they will send tracking number in 5 mins. Never got a tracking number. Its been 2 months already.

    I ordered almost $400 in personalized clothing for my band. I ordered it over a month ago. No one will return my calls or emails. It says shipped. It has said that for 2 weeks. Phone says it's full.

    I would give this business 0 stars if possible. I dont understand how they are possibly still in business after reading all these horror stories. They over promise, don't communicate or return emails or phone calls after they take your money. When they do return messages they are full of lies and excuses or nothing at all like its been for me for the last month. I ordered $1200 worth of sweatsuits in April and have not received anything. They state that garments take 2-4 weeks. Its been 8 weeks and nothing for me. I have submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. Save your self a head ache and stress and just go somewhere else for your printing needs there are so many better screenprint/embroidery shops that will actually take care of you and take your money as a loan.
