    03-08-2022 I took my van for oil leak repair, I got an estimate for 5,353.55.They did all the work except rack and pinion.They promised to take care of the oil leak by replacing oil filter housing , vacuum pump. Its has been a year now and oil leak is still there. They didnt diagnose it well or didnt have the expertise. They replaced parts that are unnecessary, I took my van to another shop and they found the oil leak problem. Im asking a refund for ******** Thanks

    To Whom It May ********************* see attached invoice of the work that was completed on Mr.  *** vehicle. At no point was Mr. A "promised" ALL of his oil leaks would be fixed on his 2008 Dodge Sprinter Van with ******* miles. You will note we wrote specifically that we needed to "start" with the leaks we saw at the time, as we noted it was leaking from multiple places and there was oil all over everything. The vehicle needed to be cleaned and rechecked for leaks, we recommended he get it steam cleaned. We never heard back from Mr. A again until he came in and requested a transmission service on 9/8/2022 (***** miles later). At that time, he did not mention any continuous oil leaks. We quoted Mr. A for a transmission service, which he authorized, and we performed said service. On the invoice for the transmission service, we noted several other items leaking, see attached. After the transmission service visit Mr. A took to multiple social media sites slandering our business, stating that we overcharged him, and it was "unfair". He has left several negative reviews and now this. I am sorry Mr. *** van has multiple issues, but we are not liable for his van leaking oil or responsible for preventing it from leaking oil in the future. If he continues to publish false statements to damage our reputation, we may be forced to pursue legal action. 

    The parts we replaced were not unnecessary, they were leaking, he just had other leaks too. Mr. A has not provided any information on the oil leak the other shop found. We have a one year ****** mile warranty on all our repairs, as stated on our invoice. If there were any issues with the work we performed they would have been covered under the warranty time frame, we have had no interactions with Mr. A during this period regarding this matter.
