      On 2/16 a repair was completed by radiant *********** to replace a faulty wire on my heated floor in the bathroom. The work itself took an hour, and I had initially discussed with the technical professional about the cost of this work. Upon getting the invoice for this work, I get an additional charge of $150 due to technical visit performed on 1/26. This fee was never disclosed before, after, nor during the repair work was being performed. In fact, almost a month after the repair was scheduled to be done, I hadnt gotten any invoice for a technical visit. On 2/21 I contacted the company to dispute this charge, and they kept saying that I got a good deal because they charge ******* dollars, which nowhere in their website did this company claim that this is their hourly rate nor that an initial technical consultation fee will be added to the final invoice. Keep in mind that the ******* was provided by the business owners who had not event visited my apartment where the work was done. He was super rude and I told him that I was going to submit a complaint for not being transparent with all the costs upfront, even after I asked them multiple times how much it was going to be.The technical professional and business should provide accurate estimates before a job is done so it will allow the customer to deny or accept the job.
