      I purchased my Infinti Q50 RS from them on 05OCT2020. As with all dealerships, when you complete a trade in you correctly assume all paperwork is routed to the **** With them it IS NOT. 2 Years later after having my wages garnished im having to pay for registration on a vehicle I havent owned in 2 years. After getting my first *** notice I contacted the dealership and was lied to. They told me they had submitted the proper paper work and that no action on my part was necessary. 6 months later I received another notice in the mail from the *** stating that they would be garnishing my wages for unpaid registration on a car I had not owned for a year and a half by that point. So I went back to the dealership where I demanded a copy of the forms they sent to the **** After receiving a copy of the forms and witnessing the finance person on the phone with the *** I was then assured that the problem was resolved. It was not. 6 months later I received a notice from the ******************* stating my tax refund had been garnished to pay unpaid registration fees. So I was left to do all the leg work myself all because I purchased a car from this shady dealership. Do not purchase from them, they will lie, and will not show any care or respect to their customers.

      Not sure what has happened to their service team, but we have been trying to reach them for two weeks now and have not gotten a single call back. 8 calls later, yes, EIGHT, you have lost our business forever. And we will be sure to let others know as well. My car has many issues right now, and is not safe to drive, but no one returns calls, or answers!! So frustrating!! We have been loyal customers for 16 years, and we won't be back. Very disappointed.
