      Rented my daughter a storage unit at the Tenderloin district location *************, for over a year i was able to sign in and put things in my daughters storage. Up to today that was the case but now I have been told i can no longer have access to her storage due to someone vandalized the units and wrote very distasteful things on her door and I believe other units as well at least thats what I was told, my daughter is struggling to make ends meet and most of the time I pay the monthly rent for the unit and prior to this, upon signing all the documents when first securing the unit was told i can have access and it was customary for the person renting a unit, a guess is allowed so i dont understand and speaking with the manager it was oh well thats my decision so i have no other recourse but to file this complaint.

      We are allowing ************** access to the unit as he is listed as an authorized user. The tenant account for *************************** has been noted granting ************** approval to access the unit and ************** was emailed to the email he provided in the complaint.
