    I am rejecting this response because: I want them to pay to have the couch cleaned. To say that the technician was not near the couch is absurd. If it was any closer it would be out the window. I will contact the ************************* again for the cleaning

    On May 31, 2024, a technician from Excellent Window Cleaning did service the windows inside and outside of the client's home. On June 18, 2024, the client contacted our company again with the complaint that her couch had a stain. She provided pictures, but the stain is unnoticeable. Our technician advised that he did not walk past the couch in question. After much back and forth conversation, we tried to reason with the client and explained she should try some stain remover; rather than the **** dish soap she was trying. This complaint came to us over 2 weeks after our service and we still do not believe we are responsible, as the client admitted to us that she has a dog at home. The client has a history of bad complaints towards our company, yet has continued to call upon us for service. She has called upon an attorney and finally requested a refund, which was provided.

    Check # ***** dated June 26, 2024 was mailed from our office that same day.

    We have made the decision, to not work for this client going forward, due to her dissatisfaction to our services.

    We hope that the $150.00 refund will appease the client.

    We sent check #***** for $150.00 to ************** and it was cashed on July 1, 2024.
