    You dont measure customer service by what happens when everything goes right, you measure customer service by how a company responds when things go wrong. I was sent the wrong cigars so I called them and I was understanding that a mistake was made, I was told I would be sent a return label and the correct cigars would be shipped out promptly, I received the label several days later and shipped them within a couple of days. Its been 23 days and I still havent received my order. When things go right this company is good, but when they go wrong, theyre horrible!!! Ill let you decide if you want to roll the dice, as for me Im out.

    ***, yes we sent the wrong cigars and they were returned. I assumed by now that the original La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero Digger Natural order was taken care of with the substitute La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero 700 Natural. I see that it was not in stock as well. So sorry about all of this as La Flor is slow on supplying these. I have refunded you in full and when the La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero Digger Natural comes in stock I will ship it to you at no charge as we appreciate your business. Please accept my appology.
