I answered an add on ******** posted by ***********************. She told me to download the ********* app on my phone and gave me the companies email address and a code to send to set up the interview. I did that and received an email and started the interview via text messaging. I was told that all the equipment I needed would be sent to me. I was asked normal interview questions and and towards the end of the interview. they requested my full name ,address dob, and what bank I used . So far no red flages, the only thing I noticed was a few grammar and spellings errors. That was until in the next message, they actually asked for my bank sign on and password. I immediately informed them I would not be giving them that information. After several request for my bank information they wanted to send me an e check to deposit thru my online banking . I told them I wanted a digital check because it was more secure and that I would not be depositing it thru the banks online app I would be printing it and taking it to my bank to verify that they accepted that type of check. I actually wanted someone else to see the check to verify that it was safe to deposit. After all that I was completely convinced that this was a scam. I then closed my ********* account which I immediately regreted because I should have shown it to someone to investigate. i deleted the email (still in my trash) and blocked their email. I then contacted *********************** and informed her that I would no longer be pursuing the position because of the information they had requested and that I had also deleted my ********* account removed the app and blocked their email and would no longer be communicating with them. She never responded.. So since she didnt respond that confirmed even more to me that i was right and this was all a scam.
