      On 08/03 I got my first reminder about a renewal of this service happening on 08/10. Tried several times to cancelled online this unwanted subscription but their system was kind of difficult for me. On 08/06 I contacted support to get help cancelling the service. Finally, I could add one (1) out of two (2) to the cancellation process. Contact support on 08/10 trying to get some help. After that I went on vacation coming back to office, I found their response and I went straight to continue canceling this service. Subscription was finally cancelled on 09/11. After two (2) months I claimed for my refund, I was told that I cancelled a month after and no refund will be issue. I re-claim because they have records, I tried unsuccessfully cancel since 08/06, I contact support for help. They replied no refund. I understand all the process, I find it unfair, they know I was trying. I believe they may charge some partial fee for my delay but not a whole year.
