    Horrible business a few years back when we were getting positive for Covid my card got positive $700. I contacted them because I no longer had that card asked if I could get it sent to me in a check. They refused that I didnt have any money I get an email recently stating I had money in an account with them, which made no sense because I havent used them in years and they said I had no money in any of the accounts with them. So I log into my old account reset my password and wont behold the money they said was not in. There was in there for a couple years now and theyve been charging me for it. $700 is what deposit was in there now I only have $391.55. Because theyve been charging me this whole time even though supposedly I never received any money into that account. And when I asked about the notes on the account, I got nothing back except for were going to mail you a check. Itll be in my mailbox in 2 to 3 weeks. OK well are you guys gonna reimburse me for all that money been charging me this whole time after you told me there was no money in that account? Of course not. Card.com is a rip off.

    They all lie its like they are trying to isolate your funds to steal little do they know lawsuit definitely on the rise everyone of them including the supervisor!

    I wish I read theses reviews before I set up my account with them today! Now I'm worried I won't get my SSI check every month and it's going to cause a problem ??

    Crappy and don't care about their customers. I've had them for over *********************************************************** of close to 12 thousand dollars. No one speaks english when you call their support numbers and they feed you the same two lines out of the book they're reading. I will no longer be a customer, don't recommend that anyone use them for any reason because they simply are not safe and do not help their customers in any way. They also closed my account without warning and left me without access to my money for almost 2 weeks while they sent a new card I didn't ask for. Mine wasn't expired, nothing wrong with it. Just stay away from these people.

    I think this bank is a SCAM. The 2 customer service phone numbers they have are automated and keep asking for your social security number. You can't speak with a reputable live person. If anything happens with my account or my identity, I'll know its them. CARD.COM

    They were consistent with giving mine and my husbands direct deposit on Wednesday instead of Fridays for Months, and now all of a sudden we are now not getting our direct deposit on Wednesday. Called customer service to see why as my husbands bank account stated it was ***** in the negative. while on the phone with them asking why our direct deposit was not going being posted they said they don't have a pending deposit for us. when I asked them why as I know both our payroll was send out to all banks on Monday at 11:22am they then put me on hold and came back to say that the deposit were pending and the payroll company put a hold on the release until the actual deposit date of Friday. Again this is a LIE, They have never put a hold on releasing it early. After the second LIE I chose to move onto the next issue, my husband's negative account balance as we are going through the transactions line by line with the customer service person, the account balance goes from -***** to ******. so I ask the lady what is going on, she keeps telling me the app isn't updated your account is only ****** ma'am i am on the website going through this with you the balance went from -***** to ****** that is a 6 dollar difference and there is no new charge. please explain this to me. She then told me she will submit our accounts for review and that it will take up to 48hr before we here back from anyone and then disconnected the call. I have already update our payroll to go into another bank account and once this money finally arrives (at this point only GOD knows when) we will be removing all money from the account.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. 2 weeks ago my husband had to dispute charges on his account, they closed the card and sent a new one. We paid the $30 to expedite the shipping. Card comes in, and now his account is locked. Sent in verification documents (they told him he could do his birth certificate instead of SSN card cuz he lost his 9 years ago and never got a new one). 48 hours later, they said the birth certificate was unacceptable, to try sending in his tax forms that have his social on it. Well today at 10:25 am it was 48 hours, and still nothing. That account has a whole paycheck of his in it that we have no access to. Now to MY account. I loaded money onto my card on Friday, expecting to be able to pull it onto my Apple Pay. Cant pull it onto my Apple Pay cuz now my account is locked too. For no reason. I should not have been able to load money onto my card if the account is locked. I sent my verification documents yesterday morning, but I dont see them unlocking my account within the 48 hours. And at this point they have ALL of our money. Plus everytime we talk to them, and they dont agree with us getting upset, they HANGUP on us. Very poor customer service. As soon as we get all of our money, we are running far away from this company. I have had my account with them for about 5 years now and have never had issues until now.

    I never haven't had any issues with this bank and I just got them. So far everything is good but I will still be on guard just cuz of all the other reviews on here I've seen so far

    HORRIBLE bank!! Debit card never showed up when I had my direct deposit set. $1300 goes into the account with no debit card and no way to transfer the money out! They literally have my entire paycheck sitting in their limbo account. Im contacting an attorney and filling a lawsuit against this bank.

    I have been with card.com for almost 10 years. I have never had a problem with them until now. They suspected fraudulent activity on my account. Closed off my card and mailed me a new one. The problem is it will take ********************************************* They will not let me have access to my money. I am going to have a 2nd payroll deposit going into my account soon. Every alternative they have suggested except for 1 they have shut down on their end. I can not transfer my money to a new bank because I do not have a card attached to my account. I can not use gpay or ******* wallet because I do not have a card attached to my account. I have tried to pay pal myself money but card.com blocks the transaction. The 1 option that they gave me was to make my card that they already mailed priority mail but charge me $30 to do it. When I get access back to my money card.com has lost a customer. Calling customer service is a joke and disappointment. Unfriendly and unhelpful.
