On Sunday October 1st I went to exchange US Dollars to ******* pesos, all around the location has advertisement of the exchange rate, also inside the establishment, I exchanged my money and then I realized that I was missing a lot of the money exchanged, I gave ***** dlls at a rate of ******* per dollar, I was expecting to receive ******** but I received ********* then I told the cashier and she told me it was because that there is a commission on *****% and I asked her where do you mention that and she pointed a piece of paper that is about 3 x 3 inches hidden on a corner of the office, it is insane how someone with normal common sense will pay *****% of commission where most of the places don't charge anything, its so sad, unfair and frustrating that they are taking advantage of people by misleading and hiding what they actually charge, its trickery, gimmick and dirty business that they are hiding and they say they are protected by law with that ridiculous small hidden paper, I took pictures of everything to prove how difficult is to see the paper and not get tricked. Also I realized that they had their business permit expired.I was scammed with ************************************************************************** please stop this people and type of business Its heartbreaking to know they let people get away with this by misleading and cheating the system, thank you, as I mentioned I have pictures and videos of everything to prove.

On 5/5/2023 around 10:30 am, my husband and I went to this business to what look like the best rate to exchange ******** money into pesos. The amount I exchanged was $2,500 the amount I got back in pesos was $41,565.25 in pesos. They claimed per their receipt and sign advertised outside that the peso was at $18.89. My calculations show $2,500 x $18.89 = $47,225, we only received $41,565.25 back. Theres was no sign posted anywhere inside that they charge commission. All in all, they kept about $5,660 in pesos just in commission which is a little over $300 dollars. The cashier stated her system was not printing the receipt and that the only receipt they can give ** was one printed from a calculator. I thought it was strange. Once I was handed the receipt and money my husband quickly put it in his pocket due to it being such a large sum of money and went on our way to ******. Once we got to our destination we realized we were shorted lots in pesos. Nothing inside or outside this establishment shows they charge commission. I understand some business do charge commission but an amount of $300. We are very upset and feel mislead and deceptive.

This place advertises their exchange rate at a certain price. We asked and they told us the price. We where fine with it so we proceeded. They exchanged my money and i received a lot less than expected. They later told me their was a extra "commission" to be paid. They charged my wife and I almost $100. They said there's a sign but it's ridiculous. You can't see it. Something like this definitely needs to be mentioned and showed way clearer. They don't do refunds either. This is the only place that I've exchanged money at that charges this fee. Something needs to be told to this business. If you look at their ****** reviews they are getting everybody with this. It's ridiculous.
