    12/20/2024 Company Advertise exchange of Sell ****** Buy ****** We exchanged $550.00 and received $10,065.00 PESOS. Which was really weird because our calculations with what was advertised was off by $65.00 US money. When we received the money, she provided us with a receipt along with the pesos at the SAME TIME! We looked at the receipt and counted the money right away and asked why we were missing so much money. Their Service charge was *****% and missing over $65.00 US money in Pesos. No where in front of the office do they have any signs stating their service charge as a company. We called the police department and they advice that they are scammers and this was not the first time they show up. They show up on the daily basis and no one files a complaint. I was robbed, I was scammed. We wanted our money back and they refused. I want a full refund and they should be out of business. Please look at their ****** reviews, I unfortunately did not. I am not the first ****** this happens to, they are scammers and need to be revoke. People are being scammed every single day!!! No signs and they are rude and laugh at our face as we get scam. We need this resolved asap! Thank You

    When I arrived to this money exchange their advertised price was ***** to exchange dollars to pesos. Then you go inside and they tell you its *****. I should have known they were scammers but said ok its still a lot. I had my three year old and the girl, the only girl there gave me a tiny Receipt and it had ***** x my amount and the total. She asked if it was my first time there I said yes and she never said they charge a commission fee neither did their paper she handed me and I didnt have my phone so I couldnt calculate and then my daughter had to go pee. theyre scammers and their ****** reviews has similar incidents. They have false advertisement and they steal money. This is the only receipt the girl gave me and she kept trying g to say she gave me another one and she didnt when I asked for the business name because I didnt see it anywhere she just said check outside worth the smallest sign ever.
