The business is promoting an amount for peso and USD exchange that is higher than it is. Nowhere outside of the facility does it state that the number you see is not the number you get. When going inside, we asked if that was the price we were getting for our USD to Pesos request and the worker stated yes. After handing over the money and getting the pesos in return, the number of pesos to USDs at that price was not correct. We asked for her to explain why it was so low and she pointed to a paper with light ink stating that they charge 14 US cents per USD as a service fee. She did not bring this up when we handed the money over. When we told her we wanted a refund as that is not a fair deal, she stated no refunds and pointed as the paper again which stated no refunds. I told her this was a ripoff as she did not explain or tell us what hidden fees were involved. She stated we didn't ask so she didn't tell us. More people started to come in to exchange and when we told them she was adding a hidden service fee they left. She was furious and told us to leave at once and she went to the back of the store which we cannot see. I was going to call the police and she got even more mad once she heard me and came back stating she was going to lock us in her store. We quickly went out and she closed and locked the business. I was in a hurry to get a family member from the airport so I could not stay any longer. I am requesting my refund of 80$ USD that was taken from me in service fees that dropped my 600$ USD down to 520$ USD worth of pesos. We did notice that this place was highest around the area and will not be coming. Afterwards we did see ****** reviews of the place stating people were getting ripped off as well for the same thing. I just want my money back and for this business to state the correct amount on the outside of the business and state they charge fees BEFORE you hand over the money just as other companies say "it's an extra fee" for specific requests.
