    The location is claiming to add a tax fee to their services but its hidden as a service charge. If it truly is a tax fee, then I suppose the business should be filing a tax return. False advertisement and hiding fees to lure customers in and claiming to be paying taxes.

    My brother and I were there yesterday March 28th (2024) at 7:26 pm, to exchange dlls to mexican pesos because they announce these awesome rates on big signs. My brother first asked, if that was the final rate, because it was too good to be true, what they had printed on big letters and they said YES, so my brother calculated the total for $800 dlls to pesos and it was a total of $14,319.20 pesos at a $17.899 exchange rate, and ***** the clerk then proceded to take the money and he gave him only $11,000 pesos, when my brother asked for the rest he said that they charge this huge commission which is practicaly stealing! Then he said they have the commission printed on a piece of paper with tiny letters out of the eyesight of most people.This is an unfair business practice! My brother asked and they never mentioned any commission, I wear eyeglasses and even I couldn't read the tiny letters at night. We asked for our money back and they refused. I'm not sure if they have cameras with microphones but my brother ASKED THEM BEFORE MAKING THE TRANSACTION AND THEY WEREN'T CLEAR ABOUT IT. So if someone is visualy impaired like us they're practically going to steal from you.We would like our money back or know how can we proceed against these people.Also, they don't have a street number outside and the receipt is not clear. That was the address I found on ****** maps.

    I was changing ** dollar bills to pesos 500 dollars to be exact cashier took the money put it down and counted out 450 dollars to me and I told him I gave him 500 my wife had to talk with him because of how angry I became and after leaving and reading yelp reviews Im not the only person this has happened too. Also the windows were all broken meaning that someone had taken action before as they steal from numerous people
