      On Dec. 2021, I had to get a brethelizer installed in my 2020 Sileverado Truck. JC Power Audio Shop is one of the shops closer to home and recommended by ************* sytem agency. Upon taking my truck to get the breathelizer installed my truck strated having trouble turnng on. I have video recording abput multiple times where my truck would not start, to the extent that i had to get towed from a gas station. It is a brand new truck, and this issue was presented after the installment. Every 3 months I had to bring in my truck for a calibration of the devise, at which point I showed the service agent/owner and he said he had never seen that happen, i made him aware this started happening after the device was installed. After months of the issue, i decided to remove the device on 08/22 and after device was removed the problem stopped and my car started turning on just fine. Interlock also has record of how many times we had to call and made them aware of this situation.

      We give the client ************************* a courtesy call to ask about the problem he was having, and he told ** that he went to the ************* location,

      we explained to him that we were not the right location, and explained to him that he need to go back and talk to them.

      ***************************** understood the situation and will return to the *************. location.
