    ************************* did excellent work for us on 2 recent projects. The first was a **** single family renovation in the college area that we've rented for 25 years and needed work throughout. He arrives early with all needed tools and completed: new fencing and 2 decks, repaired block and plaster walls, replaced water-damaged original hardwood floors, replaced all the old cast iron sewer lines with new PVC pipes, installed toilets and moved a lot of dirt around the property. He worked well with our other vendors as we finished an extensive punch list. The home's value and monthly rent have greatly increased.Our ************** had new challenges with remodeling an even older home. With his partner, they cleared tenant debris, moved lots of rock, demolished a rotten entryway, patched stucco, connected new copper pipes, installed a new water heater, made safe all the electrical wires and boxes, installed roof flashing to divert rain water, and a finished a list of details before we sold this property. Working alongside our other vendors, ***************** added real value to this home.***** brought multiple skill sets to these projects and coincidentally achieved his general contractor's license. We encourage you to consider ********* Builders if you are seeking quality personal service.

    I had a sauna room for two people built in an unused space I had in my house. It was built very professionally and I was informed of every step of the process. ***** is very organized and communicative. I felt very at ease knowing that everything was being done in the right way without cutting any corners.The room was concrete all around. He was able to transform that unused space into one of the rooms that I enjoy the most. Room insulation was superb as heat barely escapes the room. Cedar all around including door and door frame. I would definitely recommend his company for any project. Very happy and satisfied with te final product.
