    It’s disheartening that a funeral home lacks communication mixed with a lack of empathy, compassion and professionalism. When the obituary E-mail notice was sent, there was NO picture, NOR funeral information only our loved one's name appeared. Consequently, many friends did not attend due to the lack of information. The obituary was extremely poorly written with incorrect information about our family. Flowers were sent but we never received them. The funeral home never followed up with me regarding the missing flowers nor other concerns. When we received the death certificate, we noticed two mistakes. The receptionist stated the mistakes were ok, I told her NO; I cannot accept a legal document with mistakes. I told her we would not pay for another certificate; they were responsible for correcting. To top it off, I was not able to add my comments to the obituary website comments for several days. This was very aggravating; no family should ever experience this. This funeral home used to run very well before it was sold to a new owner.
