    California Mechanical Solutions was dispatched by my home warranty **mpany, Old Republic. They re**mmended a new air / heating system. I was told I needed to pay the un**vered **st up front by both the warranty ** and the **ntractor. I asked for a breakdown of the **st I was being asked to pay. ****** wanted to go over the breakdown down over the phone. I insisted on a **py. It took two weeks to get **py. Once I paid it took another month for him to start job. He place new unit in my house but didnt **nnect it. After waiting another month I started investing. I called city hall and found out he did not obtain permits. The person at city hall said this has to be done first!!!! They have to make sure ******* is strong enough to old a bigger system. ****** specifically said the system was 15 lbs bigger after they placed it on *******. When I tried to fire him he said my money was nonrefundable. I am still without a working heater.
