    I rented a car from the Johnwayne airport it was from Budget Car Rental on April 6th 2024 the car was dropped off on April 7th 2024 initially I was being charge an outrageous amount for a car wash for $200 to be exact, keep in mind, this car was rented during rainy season so there had been many puddles in the city. I desputed this amount and was granted a waiver where they understood this happens and no amount was needed to be paid anymore. Where they even said they hope to do future business with me. Well today Im furious Im so dissapointed as to why John wayne airport would even allow this business to still be running, I got an email TODAY MAY 31, 2024 that there were damages to there car when initially the only problem was the mud on the bottom of there car and now they are charging me $1,509.81 claiming damages. Damages? Are you out of your mind. This is FRAUD this is a SCAM, John wayne airport needs to look into this bussiness further, I have seen many reviews on angry customer with the same problems.
