      the company took the money and hasn't sent the products, then they promised they would have it by a certain day which was a lie. then they will not answer the phone and have only replied to one of the many emails I sent

      I originally filed a claim a few months back. I ordered a bullet proof vest in the amount of $516.60 April 12,2023. The website said it was in stock and would ship the following day. Waited over 3 months was barely able to get in contact with the company. And by the time they delivered the item, they delivered it to the wrong address. I have been trying to contact them through phone calls and emails and have yet to get a response. They stated it would be delivered via *** and instead they used ***** and when I attempted to get information, ***** would not allow me to get information because I was not the sender of the item.

      Transaction was made on 4/7/2023. My bank ************ cleared payment on 4/10/2023 for $320.88.I ordered a bulletproof vest for my company. We are a government contracting services specializing in Explosives/Narcotics Detection. The company took the money. We were never even emailed a confirmation, nor have we ever heard from them. I have contacted them continuously, via phone (no one answers and it says that you cannot leave messages), as well as email messaging them via their contact submission form on their website and have taken screenshots for proof. No response ever.We have not received product, nor contact of any kind.Please help.

      I purchased a body armor vest, my order shows pending and I have tried numerous times to call the number provided on the website, as well as the email and have had no success in making contact.
