Fraud, I canceled the policy the same day but they still charged me $99.00 after stating i could cancel anytime within 30 days and stating it was a same day backout and I wouldn't be charged.

I have 3 vehicles covered by the Auto Service Center, and they have Great Customer **********************!!!! My sales *** was a pleasure to speak with and very competent! I filed a claim 4 months ago and the process was painless, which is why I added my other 2 cars!

I was receiving multiple calls a day about my cars warranty. I started answering these calls and prodding for information. The guy told me it was Auto Service Center based out of *********, **********. I made sure to verify all information. After asking questions regarding if the company had their own website that wasn't just listed on the BBB, they hung up on me. Upon calling back, the promptly responding "I'm adding your number to the do not call list" and now I am unable to get a hold of them. They are running an organised SCAM and it's sad to see some people have fallen victim. The people they employ in the call centers do not sound like they are from out of the country which makes this scam more believable. STAY SAFE OUT THERE PEOPLE!

I am in disbelief of what I just had to go through. I purchased the "platinum deluxe" package with this company back on 06/2020. My car has not any issues hence I had no need to file a claim. This week I took my car in for a full diagnostic and a few things came up. I had the mechanic contact the warranty company and received a call from someone that was firstly sounded like they were reluctant to help me. I could sense by the urgency and tone of that questions that they were looking for a reason to deny my claim. I specifically told them that the car's engine light on had began blinking but I had work and family trips so I was not able to take the car in. Because I did not immediately take the car in they denied my claim!!!! I was obviously not driving the vehicle because I was out of town but as soon as I came back I took the car to the mechanic. My advice to anyone looking for reviews around this company is look elsewhere! If you are a client and filing a claim make sure you tell them that the problems just started and you immediately took the car in.I paid over 3k and trusted this company to help me out when I needed. So please BEWARE! Very deceptive questions and no regard to the fact that their clients are human beings and life happens!

Auto service center uses ***** based call centers to bulk call ** numbers Don't not support a company that uses this telemarketing approach

      Auto Service Center

      Date: 04/13/2023

Auto Service Center has not marketed, sold, or solicited sales in well over 2 years. Auto Service Center is still in business solely to service contracts sold from 2016-2020. This customer review is false and clearly regarding another company.

I called Auto Service Center today to cancel my contract since I traded car. ***** told me I would get an email in 20 mins and to call back and ask for him at Ext 7. I never got email; therefore, called back and got *****. ***** stated there was no way to get back with *****; therefore, why would ***** give me supposedly his direct extension. ***** said she could help me and would cancel contract. However, she had a list of mandates for me to do where I have to send a notarized letter with the a Reference Code (provided), Mileage and Reason for Cancellation. I gave all that information each time I called. Why would she say she cancelled contract, but then turn around asking me to send a notarized letter? I think they do this to make it difficult for people to get a refund of their policy. I asked ***** for her last name and ID and she hung up on me. I called back to get the actual business name and woman hung up on me again. I went online and realized that I had the actual name of company. I would advise everyone to stay clear of this ********************** I truly believe this is a scam. If you can't give the customer the actual business name and address instead of a P.O. Box, then there is a problem with that company. I see why there have been multiple complaints against them. The seller name is AAP and the *** Company Name is Pelican.I will be filing a BBB complaint once I go through the steps in sending notarized letter to below if I don't get my refund amount:P.O. ****************************************
