    I ordered books from this company and paid by PayPal to this company on September 29, 2022. At the same day, I also emailed my order to the customer service as listed on the website.However 5 days passed, I havent received response or notification for books shipping details. So I emailed again and finally got response that they havent received my payment, so I snapped my payments record on PayPal and sent it to them right away to proof of my payment. This was not first time I ordered books from them, so I have saved records and saved their payment method and made sure I paid correctly and showed them the payment receipt. However, two days passed, no one responded me again, I called the customer service but no one answered, I tried to leave message but I couldnt because their voice message was full. I emailed customer service no response.I am waiting the books for my business and it had been a whole week and 5 business days they havent responded my payment and order. I have no way to reach this company.

    I have received the notice with the complaint ID#********. We communicated with the customer, ************, about her book order. ************ confirmed that she revived her order on October 13, 2022 via **** Priority mail.
