      During the ******19 pandemic, BBSI served as our payroll company for one quarter while we were in the process of transitioning to a new payroll service. Due to unforeseen circumstances and the impact of the pandemic, our company, like many others, qualified for *** retention credits to support businesses during challenging times.We are writing to bring to your attention an issue we are currently facing with BBSI. They have been processing payroll for our company and several others under their Federal ID number. However, we are encountering difficulties in obtaining our *** retention credits refund for the quarter in question.It's important to note that we have successfully received refunds for other quarters, but we are now facing challenges with the current situation. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with BBSI, we have been given the runaround and have not made progress in securing our refund.We believe that, as a business that meets the criteria for the *** retention credits, it is unfair for us to face delays and complications in obtaining the refund, especially when other quarters have been processed successfully.Please let me know how to attach all the emails, so you can see the back and fourth with this situation Thank you
