    I had sent ****, the owner of this establishment, Stereo Blvd. $1200 on February 3 for a set 4 venom ***** ****** x/t tires. I was told the tires should arrive 7 to 10 business days from purchase. I was also persuaded that the job would be done in 5 hours. I waited three weeks before I made a phone call because I was told that I would receive a phone call when the tires came in. Ive dealt with this owner before and I understand that he never calls and I have to be the one to reach out. I was told he had everything ready on March 25, 2025 after I had to bug him because at this point he has my money and my product. There was an issue with the appointment that I had set with him because supposedly there were too many cars and he had nowhere to put my car, after discussing this matter with him he took my truck in and I was told that I will be able to pick it up ready to go on March 27th. March 28th, my Truck was still was not done and I wasn't getting a response. I finally found out that the tires werent there and werent on the truck. **** claimed that the company sent the wrong tires, I took the truck anyways. I set a date for April 15th to give him time to get the tires. April 17 I was told to come to the shop at 9am and again I was told he had the tires. When I showed up I was again sent home with nothing, nobody knew what I was talking about and **** claimed that he had to pick the tires up but that was never done as I waited around all day just for him to tell me that evening that he couldnt do it. I requested a refund on April 17th but I was ignored, I sent another refund request on 04/18/2025 in which I was told itll take 5-7 business days, I have contacted him but still havent received a refund.

    Hi, in response to this purchase complaint yes I did advise the customer that his tires did arrive, but the company sent the wrong size. The customer requested a *********** tire size and we received 37x12.50x20 delivered, which was Tire Distributions fault for sending the wrong Tire. I did advise the customer that I would have to return them to make sure that they send the right size come to find out that the company that has this special order tire was closed due to medical situation. The owner was going through. Also, this customer specifically ordered a special tire thats not common to be in stock with anyone but the specific company distribution that holds the account to order these tires. The customer paid $1000 and sent an additional $200 to go with a wider tire. I have a policy of all sales are final and there will be a 30% restocking fee on all return items if theyre unused I am more than willing to refund the customer or offer him the tires. We had multiple conversations and he understood that this is a special order tire thats rare to just get from any distributor. The customer wants to call me and discuss the refund with the restocking fee, Im more than happy to address this matter and get it resolved immediately tried to help, but the customer is just gonna ask for a full refund. I am a business. Thats always there to help my customers. If ****** **** would like to contact me we can discuss the difference of the refund thank you. **** E

    I have purchased some tires and rims with this business and owner will always delay things saying it will come this week and then it would reach that time he would say its take two weeks and two weeks have past and yet he still hasnt paid me yet since 11/13/23 . I then told him to cancel that order and instead gave me store credit $1530 and then I ordered some tires with him three months ago and yet he still hasnt gave my tires and keeps saying they come this week and he doesnt answer my messages or nothing. I paid $1800 and gave him a down payment of $500 then the rest which was $1,300 and I ask to give him my money back and he said he can only give store credit which he will take off a percentage which it total to $1530 and I used that to order different tires and he still havent gives it to me

    First and for most we at Stereoblvd stand by our policy of all sales are final. No refund and it states it on our invoice. ***** you originally purchased 2 weld 17 wheels special order and 2 tires ****** ******** 17 on a layaway plan which we only offer for 6 months but put in an exception to help you due to you needed more time which took you 1 year to pay. You picked up 2 tires and then decided to wait for the wheels again once layaway is paid orders are placed due to its special order. You then asked to see if its ok to cancel and use the money towards other goods. The product cant be Cancled because it was built to specs of your car. So you called and asked what can I do to help you cause you wanted to get tires for another car and I offered to help you so I said ok. Your tires are in my warehouse and just talked with you through phone and you understood. So anyhow please call me to let me know when you will stop by and pick up your tires.     Hello BBB,I will like to report Stereo Blvd which is run by *************************, who goes by the user of ***************************************************** on Venmo due to his unfair and scam-like practice. On November 15th, 2022 I paid **** $744 for an exhaust system for my car. Everything went well at first and I was in direct contact with ****. I first had an estimated delivery date of early December. But the item never arrived and **** told me that the exhaust had been damaged in transit and that the vendor sent out another one and expected to arrive in the first week of January. I was ok, no problem I can wait. I ask **** for the tracking number and was never provided one. When the date came, **** just told me that he was working on getting me scheduled in, in order to take in my car. However, I never got a confirmed day and was never told if the item had even arrived. I called several times to his shop and though I did get an answer, everyone was telling me he was out of the office and that he would call me back. Then I would text him several times during the week and he would respond by saying he was still working on a day for me to come in and that he was sick and out of the shop, just excuses. It is now March 23, 2023, and I still do not have my exhaust and **** has not answered any of my texts or calls. I requested my money back in the Venmo app and he declined it. This is not right. I have proof of the text message we sent back in forth.See the link for the video, the video is larger than 5 MB. And attached is an image to where this link will take you.     Stereo Blvd offered me a layaway plan for a full air suspension job, when it came time for the job after 4,0000.00 paid he decided he cant do the job wouldnt give me the parts he should have ordered or give me the money back. Called the police on me for asking for my money back because Im African American and its an easy thing to do. Just a bunch of scammers. The owner **** stole my money personally and ignores my calls or lies.
