    Prism Drive ******************************************* i have tried to use this service and cant upload any files other then a few and now i can't login to my account never respond on chat or email this servers has never work at all never respond to emails and now this is the error i get fwrite(): Write of 2200 bytes failed with errno=28 No space left on device

    I paid for a service that was a lifetime storage account for $80. Since it started there has always been technical problems with uploading files to the account. Downloading files have always been super fast. However, recently there has been database errors when you attempt to even login and its been that way for weeks. I just want the service operational or a refund of my monies.

    I bought a lifetime subscription for PrismDrive cloud storage services. I noticed a problem 7 months ago when I could access my data but no longer upload new date. I contacted online support and the representative typed that they are working on the problem. I checked every month and received the same response. I checked a few minutes ago and all the files I uploaded data to comes back with the response no data found it seems I lost all the data I previously uploaded. I tried to contact customer support. They no longer has online chat support and I cant find a phone number for them.I paid $99 for a lifetime subscription for 2T of cloud storage. I would like them to refund my money. I am lucky that I had the data I did upload copied on an external hard drive but I wanted their cloud storage service to be able to access my data anywhere. Now my account shows I have no data and no way to contact PrismDrive. I want to close my account and receive a refund.**************************************** was hoping you could help me.     Currently everything I try to upload hangs on "upload indexing" and the files never upload. I have even let this run for 24 hours and still it never completes. I have 1 GB upload speed so that is not an issue. This started about 4 months ago. I am only using 4.6 TB of the 20 TB that I have purchased. I have tried to contact them through their online help and their ******************************** email and have had no response back.Thank you!
