Please note that I just completed my first semester ai Trinity Law School in *********, **. I have noticed what appears to be predatory practices:1. The law school student body is intentionally made up of students who are of African, Latino and Middle Eastern descent--approximately 95%.2. The students are encouraged to get student loans to fund their education;3. The students are then placed in a ** (Unvoluntary Withdrawn and AW Academic Withdrawal) status for a myriad of reasons to specifically include - failure to meet the minimum academic standards, low VAE VERIFIABLE ACADEMIC ENGAGEMENT - after failing to accept casebook connect assignment and locking the professor's ability to update the completed.4. Intentionally giving students low midterm grades when their essays include everything in the rubric in an effort to justify removing them from the program after taking their student loans,5. Engaging in retaliatory practices after complaints have been filed with the accreditation and federal regulatory agencies.6. *** markets itself as a 'CHRISTIAN' law school, but in fact, it accepts anyone with a pulse because the end goal is to ****** the student loans from the students and then leave them in a vulnerable position by failing them, thus putting them in a position where they are unable to complete law studies with another institution.7. *** is intentionally preying on a protected group of students with the purpose of taking federal student aid and tuition fees while intending to remove the students with poor grades. Please let me know if I can provide any more information.

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the lack of responsiveness and support I have experienced at Trinity Law School. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with my professors, particularly Professor *******, I have not received any assistance or responses. This unresponsiveness has directly impacted my academic performance, resulting in zeros on several assessments, which I find deeply unfair.Additionally, I had to transfer out of my contract class because the professor I originally had was constantly threatening students and instilling fear, which created a very negative and demotivating environment. This behavior made me feel uncomfortable and completely drained my motivation.I chose Trinity Law School not only for its academic reputation but also for its Christian principles. However, the lack of care, support, and professional conduct I have received from both the faculty and administration raises serious concerns about whether these principles are truly being upheld.I urge the administration to address these issues promptly and provide the necessary support to students who, like myself, are striving to succeed but are hindered by unprofessional conduct and a lack of communication. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to consider further action to ensure that my concerns are heard.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely, ***** **********

Last year (when enrolling into Trinity Law School), I submitted college transcripts from ***************************, and the University of ******** (in ********). I explained to my then admissions counselor (****** ******) that the official transcript from U of M-Dearborn would be a challenge, for they claimed that I owed the school money (when in reality, they stole money from me when attending). Mr. ****** told me that it wouldn't be an issue, continuing the admissions process into Trinity Law School. I applied for financial aid through the ****************************, and was awarded an unsubsidized loan, in access of $20,000.00 (approximately $10,000 for each semester. The fall and winter terms). I would never get the chance to finish the fall semester, as Mr. ****** informed me that, if I did not get my situation straightened out with U of M (Dearborn), and get my official transcript to Trinity [within a specific time frame], I would be dropped from my enrolled classes, thusmore, forfeiting my enrollment at the law school. I told Mr. ****** that I "specifically" told him (when going through the enrollment process), that my intentions were to never pay U of M-Dearborn anything, as the school stole money from me! He and Trinity knew that I had no intentions on paying U of M-Dearborn (in order to release the hold on my academic records, and get the official transcript). I feel as though Trinity Law School "unjustly enriched" themselves at my expense. I should have been told by the law school that, until the matter with U of M-Dearborn was resolved, that "only" then could I continue with the admissions process at the law school! Not accept me (knowing what I told him/them) and then expect for me to get such resolved when they knew I wasn't willing to resolve such with U of M-Dearborn, from the very beginning!!!
