    We contracted services with Impact ******************* through their owner *****************************. The initial request to ****** was in May 2022. ****** provided a quote for his services within a week of my request. We awarded ****** a purchase order for his services and shipped him the raw material required for him to perform his services. The raw material was titanium and the cost of this titanium was under $2,000. Shortly after ****** received this material he became hard to contact through email, office phone, and even his cell phone. We continued to reach out to ****** for 5 straight weeks but could not contact him. Eventually, after 8 weeks of not responding to our attempts to communicate with ******, he responded with a text message stating he had a family emergency and apologized. ****** then promised to fulfill his contractual obligation and provide his services immediately. ****** did not fulfill his obligations and ignored all communications after the text message. I eventually requested ****** to just simply ship me back the titanium and we would contract someone else for the services needed. ****** never responded to that request either. In the end, we lost weeks of time and the cost of the raw material. Impact ******************* is not BBB accredited so I doubt ****** will respond to this complaint. That's fine because ****** does not respond to anything. Anything at all...
