I recently had an incomplete mortgage loan application done on 06/04/2025. This was to get my family out of renting, and start investing in our OWN home. It was incomplete and they prematurely checked my credit WITHOUT MY CONSENT or prior notice. Keep in mind my application was incomplete. Then, I said whatever. I started to progressing with my application, because they said on one of their ads that they offer 0% down payment on mortgage loans. But come to find out that they DONT do multi units which is weird because 2-4 units option was on the application when I initially applied. They told me I needed a 25% down payment for any property that had multi units and there was no other way around it. I asked why wasnt this disclosed before I applied? They said IT WAS but I never saw anything clear or cohesive. So I asked for those specific disclosures about checking credit BEFORE I completed my application and the restrictions 0% down payment had. Nothing has been provided since then. Crickets. It was all a marketing scam it looks like. Another thing, I noticed one of my personal loans was looping back in debt protection payments when I was told it was a ONE TIME PAYMENT that was added for the principal amount. But I was getting charged for this for 11 months straight. Even the banker at this branch was confused. I wasnt putting in enough money for the debt protection because I was told it was a One time charge included in the principal amount. So this whole time my ~15 dollars was looping back into my principal amount. SHADY BUSINESS! I immediately cancelled it after I found out. Please do not yo business with this bank. They try to get you everywhere they can. Totally unethical and shady practices.

On 12/9/24 I called Orange County's CU to file a claim on a transaction of $60.00. This transaction was done through *****. The payment of $60.00 was a 'failed payment' on the app Zelle but for some reason it posted on my bank account. I sent *******************************************'s CU proof that the transaction failed and it should have never posted on my account. ***** confirmed that the transaction failed and asked me to solve the issue with my bank Orange County's CU. I filed the a claim again and they denied it. They took $60.00 from my account when I sent proof that it had failed and it never went through. They would not help me at all. I am demanding my $60.00 back from them.

I shouldve took a picture with my phone, but it did say at first with my Social Security check that it was accepted as a electronic check on the mobile app and then I found out that it ended up the input on hold. First of all the system never shut of sad That the money is available and then the information change. Secondly, I tried to speak with both the banker and the supervisorp about the situation, and neither of them were able to help me and I mentioned to them I need it by a certain time and if they can accommodate me by me doing overdraft of the amount for my disabled transportation in order for me to go to my doctors appointment. The manager or supervisor no and that she wishes that there would be something that she could do. I felt that I was misled by the system to the point now Im unsure that I can go to my doctors appointment today because of the situation, and there is , a financial situation to which I should not have been charged by them but yet I was charged, and the supervisor would not even help me with that either.

Orange County credit union has not offered any assistance to the time I needed on my account. I was on the verge of being closed over $24. This was during Covid relief I was treated poorly and nobody was willing to work with me considering I was with their bank for seven years. They automatically closed it and its on my Experian now. I am trying to get a loan for a home and this affects the process. Why was I not offered Covid relief funds or any type of timeframe when I really needed it? This is their words its already charged off theres nothing we can do there was Covid relief at the time but because you were no longer a member theres nothing we can do . I also was under the impression I was making a last credit card payment to close my account but that was to charge me off. I was not under the impression that they were going to charge me off for both of those things when it couldve been easily prevented with just working with me. Not one person has ever called me to try to make things work they just wanted their money.
