    The exact day I cannot confirm, but it was June 2024. I was in the mist of a divorce and in the need for money. I reponded to an advertisement in my email and received a call from someone at OneCapital Solutions. They connected me with ************************* *************). We discussed consolidating my credit cards with large outstanding balances(AMEX, CAPITAL One, and Discover). I was instructed not to pay and they would handle negotiations with the credit card companies. They(One Capital Solutions) began charging me $592 month in July 2024. Credit Card companies call me several times a day asking to set-up a payment plan, but I have not heard a "peep" from One Capital Solutions. ******************** said to call him anytime and he has been "ghost" since our intial conversation. I fear I have been scammed and my credit severally damaged. I feel my only solution is to me with a bank and find a real loan to pay my creditors.

    I am receiving numerous unwanted calls One Capital Solutions, even after asking them not to call **** never had any business with One Capital Solutions. I received 3 solicitation calls today from random numbers trying to get me to agree to $10,000 consolidation loan.This company is worse than the car warranty companies.

    This business called my phone number despite being on the no call registry and not doing any business with them ever. When I confronted the person on the phone about them soliciting from a phone number on the no call registry, they mocked me.

    Like another commenter has said, they cold-call non-stop from different numbers. When you ask to be put on a *** they hang up. Being on the *** registry doesn't help either.

    We spoke with the customer he had received calls from multiple companies and also got one from us. We had only reached out to this customer on one occasion and we have recognized his wishes to not receive any communication further.

    They call you 5-6 times a day each time from a different phone number. They will not stop calling simply because you have debt on credit cards even though they are not past due or late or in collections. I have attached a screenshot of the number I have blocked just from today in the past 20 mins.

The Agent you were speaking with believed you got disconnected during the call. To provide excellent customer service our agent called you back. If you would have stated to be put on our DNC list and no longer receive a call we would never have contacted you again. We have already placed your number on our DNC registry as requested.
