    Headset stopped working. After contacting company about repair in line with warranty I was told someone would reach out to set up repair. I've followed up with three emails and have waited three weeks and still not been contacted.

    I purchased headphones from this company and they were defective. I left several messages on their answering machine and sent them several emails and they completely stopped responding. At first, they said someone would be in contact with me shortly and that was in December. Now, they are just completely ignoring my emails and calls. I have heard of others with similar complaints.

    ***, I purchased a headset from this company. Upon receiving the headset, I noticed issues and that needed to be fixed so I decided to return it. However, it took them almost a week for them to approve then on top of that they want me to pay for shipping even though I paid to get the item. This seems like a scam company.

    I purchased headphones from them (I think through *********** or from their website) about two or three years ago. One side failed recently, and I requested a repair. I didn't request warranty repair/replacement. I provided a serial number, a photo of the serial number from the original packaging. Based on their response, they could tell who/when the retailer was who sold the product. I didn't have an original email from the retialer, and my bank/credit card didn't have records back far enough, so I couldn't provide proof of purchase. For this reason, they refuse to repair.

    I purchased $250 headphones in 2020. This week the headset cracked just above the swivel part of the ear cup. I started to search for any ways to fix it and came upon hundreds maybe thousands of other people complaining about the same issue. Search for Audeze swivel break. This issue involved all their headsets and the same exact spot. They have later models that specifically reinforce the area that is flawed.This company sold me and a lot of other people a flawed product design that is marketed as a top of the line product.This is not a wear and tear issue. This product is flawed. The sound quality all works but is now useless because of thin cheap plastic around one part.I contacted Audeze but they want me to pay $175 to get a replacement. That is close to a brand new one. This is not acceptable. My headset should have worked for many years and having to pay extra money for their issue is wrong.

    Purchased a $300 Audeze ******* headset on 1 December 2023, they said there were shipping delays, they keep saying they are almost ready to ship it and it never comes.It has been 3 months, going on 4 months the end of March 2024.Please can you send me my purchased order.

    I bought a headset from Audeze in October 2023. I waited until the middle of December for my headset to arrive even though during the purchase shipping was guarentied for November. After having my headset for one month it broke and I submitted a ticket to the company on 1/16. I was given instructions on sending the headset in for repair and set my headset in using the ***** shipping that audeze provided. I waited and then sent a follow up email requesting the status of my headset. I receive no response and now I am filling this complaint to try and get this resolved. I believe i should receive a minimum of a full refund and my headset back as I have lost all trust in this company to fix any future issues.

    ordered a headset on july 11 with a ship date of mid-august.mid-august i get an email it's delayed to mid-september ship.mid-september, no ship. so i email support. they lie to me about why they havent shipped and, further, promise they will ship by end-september.beginning of october now. still no ship. i contact support again (their only option is email) to ask for my headsets i paid $330 + tax back in july. or my money back. they stop responding to me.$

    On 01/18/2023, I purchased a pair of EL 8 Open Back headphones from HIFI Heaven, an authorized Audeze Retailer. The retailer offered 30 days of return policy. In July 19, 2023 I reached out to Audeze for Support as the Left Earphone of the product was not functioning. I made 5 phone calls, 2 of which were actually received by a person on the sales team, and have sent 14 emails, ***** has stopped responding to me.According to their published warranty policy for authorized retailers, they offer 3 years of product coverage. I've been emailing and calling since 07/19/2023. However "***" and "****" from their support team have been ignoring my emails and my calls. I have been offered an exchange or credit (on 08/02/2023) but was provided no instruction on how to proceed with this.

    I ordered a $300 headset from this company in January of this year. It was a pre-order, but I was told on their website that I would receive it on its release, about a week or so after I placed the order. My item did not ship for another month, which I understand. However, I began having issues with the headset's funtionality about a month into use. I contacted customer service, who told me it was a user error and most likely temporary, which I felt untrue, due to the care I put into purchases I make.Several weeks later, the issue worsened. I contacted the company again, sent them a recording of it, and they agreed to send a replacement once they received my faulty unit. They received my unit on 4/26 and said they would ship a replacement shortly.A month has gone by. In each of the few replies I've gotten from them, they have told me my unit should ship out within "the next week." It has not been over a week since I have heard from them, and on forums such as reddit, I am seeing that many of their customers experience similar issues, some times waiting over 3 months to receive their replacement or hear from the company. I ordered this item in January. It is almost June, and in all of that elapsed time, I have only had a fully functioning item from them for a week and a half. At the time of writing, they have not sent my replacement and have not responded. I would like them to respond and refund my purchase, as well as take steps to serve all of their customers better.
