    My complex had a plumbing flood and this company packed my stuff and moved it away. Now they are holding my stuff hostage for 3-6 weeks until the corporation that owns the building pays their invoice - or better yet (for them) I pay them directly and wait to be reimbursed for a service I did not request. Recommend using a service who doesnt have a company policy like this.
