    I filed for Cash aid assistance in food stamps back in 2020 as well as I filed for general relief and any other services they provide for those in this tough time I have had absolutely problems since day one from denial to paperwork not being done right and properly being sent in not documenting things properly not giving calls back especially in emergency situations I've spoken with supervisors upon supervisors upon case workers upon case workers it seems like this place absolutely does not care that I'm about to be homeless and all they want to do is jam down my throat to go to a shelter I'm not going to go to a shelter when I have a 1 year old baby who was a preemie I haven't had one time where this office has legitimately filed or put in my paperwork fast enough or in a timely manner without it having some complications but they are very quick to take people off my case so that they can give me last money I don't understand how these services work this office absolutely doesn't know what they're doing and I have been in a situation with leaving multiple voicemails with workers who seem to not care to get back to me and I've exhausted everything I can think of to correct me from having to sleep on the streets again they absolutely hear at this location need a full on adjustment on how these employees work maybe they should start hiring employees who care about what they do then just collecting a paycheck
