    This business is not what they appear & they are misleading with their shipping policy. Their customer service is no existent. I placed an order on January 6. The indicated processing & ship time listed in their shipping policy is between 1-4 days. As of January 13, my tracking was still listed as pre shipment in the Shop app. Thank goodness for that app because there is no way to track your order through them or their website. I sent emails & messages within the Shop app which were not replied to until I posted a comment to their Instagram about my experience. They finally responded and have as of 1/15 sent me new shipping information saying my product will be here on the 21st. The real shame is when I posted comments on their Instagram about my honest experience THEY DELETED AND/OR HID them. It seems as if their goal is to mislead customers to purchase their overpriced ice molds. I only purchased this as a birthday request & was skeptical as their only method of communication is through email. Stay away from purchasing.

    I am only leaving 1 star because there is no option to leave none. This company is awful. I ordered something and it says it was delivered. I never received it and emailed the company 4 times. Not once have I received an email back. There is no phone number listed either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!! Zero customer service!!
