    I hired this company to have an estate sale on my mothers house as she passed away. When he came for the initial walk through he had told me that he would set up the house nice like walking into a home that was lived in and like a retail store. He would clean out drawers, fix anything that was broken and make it look presentable. Once he set up the house nothing was cleaned out, nothing was fixed, and he literally threw all of the belongings in bins, boxes, on beds or outside. He fixed nothing and the place was more of a disaster than when I left it for him. He broke many items rather than fix them. He literally just threw trash in the backyard and did not clean anything. Ive never met a lazier person in my life who is supposed to be professional. This man should not be in business or is in the wrong business. Hes literally just out to make a quick buck off dead peoples items. He has no respect for his clients what so ever!

    I signed a contract with C&J Estate Services and Cleanout to get my aunts home ready for sale **** walked through the house prior to signing the contract and agreed to handle the process. Two or Three days prior to the estate sale he said he needed an additional week to do the estate sale which didn't work for us as the painters were coming. We then agreed that he would just do the cleanout and donate the furniture etc. charity and supply me with a receipt from the charity. He did the cleanout however despite numerous texts and phone calls from me and the realtor I never received the receipt. I can only assume that instead of giving the furniture etc. to charity he kept it and has or will sell sell it.
