    I ordered a "Happy Light Duo" from Verilux. It combines light therapy with a desk lamp. It came packaged in a very flimsy box wrapped in thin plastic. In the brochure that came with it, it lists a number of dangers. Among other things it says to "consult with healthcare provider before using this product if you are at risk for developing certain eye conditions." This warning was not listed on their website, or I would never have ordered the lamp. I am 70 and am not willing to risk damage to my eye sight by using this lamp. So I have to return it. The problem is the thin plastic that was wrapped around the flimsy box is not reusable. They are telling me I'll have to come up with something else to send it back in. This from a company that says in the materials that came with the lamp that: "Your happiness is our priority." I don't know where I would be able to come up with a box to mail this back in. If I brought it to **** they would charge more than the value of the lamp. This item was not sent in packaging that could be used for a return, and Verilux is making it my problem. I have found the company to be very unhelpful , unprofessional, and unaccommodating. Will not order from them again.
