    In a nutshell I use the laundrymat there quite a bit never seem to have any problems however looking back on my bill actually looking for a problem with something else saw that I was charged $19.25 on it looks like December 9th but the charge probably happened a couple of days before that that is not my charge and that's not even something that could be charged to that amount I went into the office and spoke with someone who said that they were a manager I have found out since they are the owner and we're just not telling the truth very cordially said could you please just look into it he said I'll need all your information and give it all to him and before the time I was leaving he had his hands on me and we were yelling at each other I said I just want to get the money back that you guys took from me when you shouldn't have and he had every possible excuse there was from it's a third party company and it's not his responsibility to there's no way he can resolve it because he would have to look at the video tape and anyway if there was an excuse he had it all I did was ask for the money back that I shouldn't have been charged and he told me it was never going to happen

    Hi, please note that the information in the complaint submitted is completely false. My name is **** and I am the owner of ********* Laundry. Even though the transaction date on the picture submitted is 12/9, almost 4 months ago, the interaction between the customer and myself never occurred. 
    Also, when examining the photo submitted, please note that it is a debit card transaction history. Debit card processing is done through ********** and are as follows.
    1) Customer uses the card on a washer/dryer
    2) **********, depending on the size and number of washers/dryers used, secures a dollar amount against the debit card
       usually for double of actual usage. Which is called a security hold or PENDING AMOUNT.
    3) After a customer completes the self service experience, ********** finalizes the transaction, usually next day. If the original hold was done on a Friday, then the transaction would complete on Monday(next business banking day).

    As noted 12/9/2023,  was a Friday, so the actual amount charged against a customers card would finalize on 12/12 or 12/13, 12/9 is a Pending charge. The customer falsely provided his/her information.

    Hope this clears up any misunderstanding the a customer may have.
